We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Ones your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package. Kindly note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if you encounter any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can address the matter promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, such as custom products, cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For a quick exchange, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the desired replacement.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 24 hours. However, please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
